The checkout page remains loading

The free version worked, I removed it and I bought the PRO version but the checkout page does not work, it does not give errors but it remains loading. I cleared the cache but nothing, what can I do?

Thanks for writing to us. 
Make sure you have saved the plugin settings from dashboard for every section. 
If you still face the issue you can send your production or demo website details so we can check the issue. 
For details you can reply to same email where you downloaded you plugin.

It started doing the same thing again. Maybe something has been updated? I tried to save all the sections but nothing changes this time. I sent a mail

I’m also having this issue but did save every page. It seems it is a conflict with the Litespeed Caching plugin, although the options for caching the checkout page are switched off. Any suggestions (while keeping the Litespeed plugin switched on?)
